Human Systems Development is proud to announce that its company website has been selected by the International Academy of the Visual Arts as a winner of The 2012 W3 Awards. As detailed by a W3 press release, the W3 Awards receive over 3,000 entries and are committed to honoring “outstanding Websites, Web Marketing, Web Video, & Mobile Apps created by some of the best interactive agencies, designers, and creators worldwide.”

Human Systems Development carries an ongoing relationship with the digital marketing agency, Oneupweb, which is responsible for designing the home page animation component that earned HSD the accomplished W3 award. Deborah Dwyer, Founder and President of HSD, recently commented on the W3 reward and the recent work put into the website. “We are pleased to learn of the award due to Oneupweb’s redesign of our web site. Our online leads have increased by over 550% in the last year and the partnership we’ve established with Oneupweb has allowed our business to expand significantly in the last 12 months.”

Human Systems Development is continually improving its human resource measurement tools to increase retention, engagement, and performance of the clients they support. HSD’s online marketing tools are another essential component to communicate HSD’s exit interview and employee survey offerings with potential clients.
