Columbus, Ohio November 11, 2013. HSD® Metrics LLC, a leading provider of turnover information and retention solutions using their ExitRight® and Survey Guided Performance-Engagement tools, announced today the hiring of Shaun Worcester as Director of Technology and Marketing. He will drive HSD’s continued development on the long-term web-based application technology, guiding the company’s marketing strategies, and overseeing project management.

Worcester has nearly 15 years of marketing and development experience, building both consumer-facing websites and applications, and many other behind-the-scenes custom applications for his clients. He has been working with HSD in various capacities since 2005, and now joins the team full-time. He brings a mix of corporate and small business experience, has a BBA from the University of Cincinnati, and an MBA from the University of Dayton.
