What help or information would you like that you currently are not receiving?
It’s difficult to learn the business because there aren’t documented processes, you have to ask other people and you get different responses depending on who you talk to.

I would offer new hire orientation more frequently than what is being done currently. I had it after being here already for a good period of time. So it was covering things I already knew.
I started as a temp and then went full time after 3 months. It was then 2 months before I received orientation. I could have used that closer to my hire date.
